Chunky Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

2 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/4 cups ranch dressing
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
3 cups Foster Farms Shredded Chicken, roughly chopped
4 stalks celery, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 green onions, sliced

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce. Fold in blue cheese, chicken and celery. 2. Spread mixture into a pie plate or 32-oz. casserole dish. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 4. Top with cheddar cheese and broil an additional 10 minutes. 5. Top with sliced onions. Serve hot with freshly sliced baguettes, carrots and celery sticks.
