Picante Turkey & Pepper Sandwich with Buffalo Mayo


12 ounces Foster Farms Oil Browned Turkey Breast sliced medium
8 slices jalapeƱo jack cheese bread
4 roasted red bell peppers sliced
4 pearl tomatoes sliced
12 green chiles sliced
1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
4 slices pepper jack cheese
4 tbsp cilantro chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot (or other wing friendly) Hot Sauce


1. Make the buffalo mayonnaise by whisking together the hot sauce and mayonnaise. Set aside. 2. Pre-heat an oven to 350℉. Spread buffalo mayo across one slice of bread for each sandwich, then pile with 3 ounces of turkey and 1 slice of the cheese. Arrange all the slices, covered or otherwise, on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese has melted and the uncovered bread is toasted, then remove from the oven. 3. Pile on the roasted bell peppers, tomato, green chiles, chopped lettuce, and cilantro. Spread mayonnaise on the remaining slice of bread to top everything off.
