Turkey and Cranberry Bruschetta


8 ounces Foster Farms Turkey Breast thinly shaved
8 slices baguette 1/4 inch on the diagonal
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 cup Gruyère cheese grated
freshly ground black pepper as needed


1. Pre-heat oven to 350℉. Make the cranberry spread by stirring together the cream cheese and cranberry sauce until fully combined. Spread each baguette slice with cranberry cream cheese and top with about 1 ounce of turkey. 2. Arrange the bruschetta on a parchment-lined sheet pan and sprinkle generously with Gruyère cheese. Bake the bruschetta in the oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes. 3. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving plate, and finish with a nice sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy while warm!
