Turkey Baja Mia Wrap


12 ounces Foster Farms Turkey Breast sliced thickly
4 large spinach tortillas
1/4 cup cream cheese whipped
1 tbsp tomatillo salsa
1/4 tsp lime juice
4 1/2 tbsp cilantro chopped
4 leaves lettuce
2 cups pepper jack cheese shredded
1 avocado sliced
1/2 cup fruit salsa


1. Make a tomatillo cream cheese by thoroughly mixing together the cream cheese, tomatillo salsa, lime juice, and a 1/2 tablespoon of cilantro. 2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the turkey slices long enough to create grill marks and warm through, about 30-40 seconds per side. 3. Briefly heat the tortillas in a toaster oven or on the range to warm and lightly toast. Lay out each tortilla and spread with about 1 tablespoon of tomatillo cream cheese. Top with a lettuce leaf and pile on 1/4 of the turkey, cheese, and avocado. Add 2 tablespoons of fruit salsa and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. 4. Roll everything together, secure with two toothpicks and slice in half on an angle. Enjoy!
