Turkey Reuben


12 ounces Foster Farms Turkey Breast sliced
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
8 slices pumpernickel or dark rye bread
1 cup Sauerkraut drained
4 slices Swiss cheese


1. Heat a grill pan or panini press to medium heat. Spread about a tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on the top and bottom slices of bread. Pile with turkey, Sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. 2. Close the sandwich and grill, either on the range or in a press, until the bread is crisped and the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes. Slice in half and enjoy warm!
